Venue & Event Spaces Faqs

  • A Semi-Private Area consists of reserved tables in our restaurant dining room and does not have a room rental charge. A Private Room offers an enclosed space with added privacy and amenities.

  • Our Semi-Private Areas can accommodate up to 50 guests.

  • Yes, The HUB Stadium provides tables (including linen in our Magnolia room), chairs, and all necessary utensils for buffet service.

  • We allow outside desserts for a $1 per person fee. The dessert must be from a licensed bakery, sealed, and include nutrition facts. No other outside food or beverages are permitted.

  • Yes! Additional event time is available for a fee, which varies depending on your room or Semi-Private Area.

  • The room rental fee ensures high-quality amenities, including tables, chairs, setup and breakdown services, day-of coordination, audio-visual setup, and maintenance of the space.

  • The service charge covers chafers, linen, sternos, active entertainment maintenance, administrative costs, and other operational expenses.

  • The coach’s gratuity compensates our staff for guiding and ensuring the safety of guests during active entertainment experiences.

  • Please ensure that any items or waste brought in are removed before you leave.

Reservations & payments faqs

    • You can book lanes online (without table reservations).

    • For guaranteed seating with food and beverage service, reservations must be made through our events office.

  • No, Active Entertainment is reserved by the hour, on the hour only.

  • No, guests cannot switch out during the reserved hour.

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required.

  • The final payment and headcount are due 7 days prior to the event.

  • All final event details must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a rescheduled event within 6 months of the original date. Rescheduled events cannot be booked during our holiday season (November 24 – January 14).

  • All events must meet a food and beverage minimum, which is based on your reserved space. We do not offer individual tabs for group events.

  • Gift cards cannot be used for events booked through our sales office.

Decorations & entertainment faqs

  • You’re welcome to bring decorations! However, the following are not permitted:

    • Nails, tacks, or anything that permanently alters walls, ceilings, floors, or doors

    • Confetti

    • Open flames (candles must be enclosed)

    • Adhesive materials that are not fully removed before departure

  • Yes! DJs or live bands are allowed only with a private room or full venue buyout.

  • Yes, we offer HDMI cords, TVs, and microphones for your event.
