For guaranteed seating with food and beverage service, reservations must be made through our events office.

No, Active Entertainment is reserved by the hour, on the hour only.

No, guests cannot switch out during the reserved hour.

A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required.

The final payment and headcount are due 7 days prior to the event.

All final event details must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a rescheduled event within 6 months of the original date. Rescheduled events cannot be booked during our holiday season (November 24 – January 14).

All events must meet a food and beverage minimum, which is based on your reserved space. We do not offer individual tabs for group events.

Gift cards cannot be used for events booked through our sales office.
